NOTES

Friendship is one of the most precious gifts God has given humanity. We long for companionship, loyalty, and love - yet the greatest Friend of all is often forgotten: YAHWEH, God Himself. This book was born from a simple yet profound truth: God desires not only servants but friends. Throughout the Bible, we see men and women - young and old - who walked with God in intimacy. They were not perfect, but they were willing. Their obedience, faith, humility, and devotion made them true friends of the Almighty. As a young believer, I too discovered this friendship in unexpected places - in prayer spots near cocoa farms, in lonely moments of school life, and in the encouragement of mentors who believed in me. My journey, like the stories you will read, proves that no one is too young or too weak to be a friend of God.This book is written with two audiences in mind:Young people, to encourage you that God wants your friendship now, not someday in the future.Parents and leaders, to remind you of your vital role in raising a generation of God's friends. Augustine Kwasi Tetteh is a Senior Staff Nurse at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital of the Ministry of Health, Ghana. He was then posted to his current station where he has been for over three years. He is married to a beautiful and supportive wife who is a teacher, and they are blessed with healthy children
