Welcome to Delaware County or as the residents call it DELCO. A quiet suburban county where nothing strange or exciting ever happens. Until one day a teenage girl has gone missing and weeks later her body is found floating in the Delaware River. She was the first of several girls to disappear. Fast-forward 16 years and Delco is experiencing strange activities. Some unexplainable events lead local police officers to believe they are dealing with ghosts.
