NOTES
Every family carries stories that are unspoken, moments that linger in silence, and truths we are both drawn to and afraid of. Daughter of the Unsaid is my attempt to walk gently into those spaces - to explore how love, loss, and revelation shape who we are, and how the courage to face the unsaid can heal us in ways we never imagined. This is a story about daughters and fathers, brothers and mothers, and the delicate threads that bind us together even when life's secrets threaten to unravel us. I hope that in reading it, you feel both the weight of silence and the quiet strength that comes from truth, compassion, and the bonds of family.May it linger in your heart, and may it remind you of the power of listening - to others, and to the quiet truths within yourself. Fabian Pius Mghanga is a physician, educator, and storyteller. For over two decades, he has served communities in Tanzania's health sector, guided by compassion, truth, and dignity. He lives in Songea with his wife, Honoratha, and their four children - Daniella, Gabriella, Christian, and Pius - who inspire both his work and his words
