NOTES

The book Opening Up To Life tells the life of Jacira, a woman who, saddened and deprived of her own free will, discovers in self-love the key to improvement. At almost 40 years old, Jacira believes she is a prisoner of an irreversible situation with no way out. She prefers to fall into depression and blame others for her miserable life, believing that she can't change her destiny. However, contrary to what she thinks, the universe is working in favor of her progress, and so she discovers her potential and opens herself up to life. A story that will bring us to believe that when we open ourselves up to life, we will find that happiness is everyone's destiny
