"From the mists of time" is a historical novel with a supernatural twist. It is based on real events and whilst the principal protagonists and locations are entirely fictitious references to events, places and people that are recorded in history appear unaltered. There are other characters, some of whom are still living, whose personal contributions to the lives of ordinary people are important in the historical setting have given the cloak of anonymity afforded by aliases and changes to their personae. The story is narrated in three distinct parts, each in a different time frame
