Go north with the shaman's daughter this Christmas! When Arctic storms prevent her friend from flying south for Christmas, Luui Angakkuarneq, the shaman's daughter, strikes a deal with Northwind to secure safe passage for the pilot, Aunix Cobick. But tricky winds can't be trusted, and Luui knows she won't succeed without a little help.Northwind is a fantastical story inspired by Greenland myths and legends woven into a Christmas adventure story set in the near future.Following on from the previous year's advent calendar, Yule at Aurora Station, Northwind continues the adventures of Luui Angakkuarneq, the precocious five-year-old from the Greenland Missing Persons series, now grown up, as she tries to get her friend home safely in time for Christmas. If you like northern tales of adventure full of mythical beasts, impossible tasks, treacherous weather, and cheeky spirits, Northwind is definitely for you.Pick up Northwind and spend a mythical Christmas with the shaman's daughter this December! Christoffer Petersen lives in southern Denmark. He grew up on Jack London stories and devoured any book to do with the Arctic and dog sledging. In 2006 he encouraged his Danish wife to move to Greenland and spent seven years learning about the one of the most exciting countries and cultures in the world. While in Greenland, Chris started writing crime stories and thrillers set in Greenland and the Arctic. He graduated from Falmouth University with a Master of Arts in Professional Writing in 2015, shortly after moving back to Denmark. Chris makes a living writing about Greenland
