If selected in the drawing, you will receive an email from the library within 48 hours of the sign-up window closing.

If not selected, you will not hear back from Ravinia or the library.

If you are selected to receive tickets, two printed tickets for the show selected will be held at the library’s drive-up window. **

Please pick up your tickets as soon as possible after receiving your confirmation email.

Tickets are available for pick up during drive-up window hours in the library’s underground parking lot. For your safety, we can only serve motorized vehicles at the drive-up window.

Drive-up window hours are: Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday: noon–6 p.m.

Unclaimed tickets will be offered to another customer if not claimed within 48 hours of the show time’s start.

Tickets are valid only on the date printed, may only be used on the evening of the performance, may not be exchanged, and cannot be sold.

All concerts will take place at the Ravinia Festival site, an outdoor music venue in Highland Park, Illinois.
**Please note: Due to scheduled maintenance, the underground parking lot and drive-up window will be closed Monday, July 21 through Thursday, July 24. During this closure, please visit the Checkout Desk for ticket pickup.
