Join Chef Grace for this class focused on her approach to charcuterie and cheese boards, sure to wow your guests.  

Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen and a recent "Chopped" champ. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. She has worked at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. Since our opening in 2021, Chef Grace has been a regular instructor in our Makerplace Kitchen, sharing the secrets to her signature composed, but not complicated cooking.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. This class is for registrants of Grace's 12/13/22 'Holiday Edition,' which was canceled.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
