Andrea Pracht of My Kitchen Clatter will teach you how to make a classic white bread - perfect for making back-to school sandwiches. Participants will learn the basics of making yeast doughs and then will shape and bake their own loaf to sample and take home.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from August 2 at 9 a.m. to  August 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Buttermilk Sandwich Bread. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on August 3.
