If you have crust anxiety, this class is for you. Andrea Pracht of My Kitchen Clatter will teach you how to successfully create, roll and bake pie pastry. We’ll also learn how to perfectly produce the perfect apple pie filling seasoned with just the right amount of spice. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from October 2 at 9 a.m. to October 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Apple Pie. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on October 3.
