Event Description

Discover the streets of New Delhi and learn about Indian culture while learning to make quick, yet authentic, street food. In this demonstration cooking class, Chef Shilpi Saxena will teach you to make a crunchy potato cutlet with simple spices. Other ways to incorporate the potato cutlet will be discussed. While Shilpi demonstrates how to make this delicious vegetarian meal, you will enjoy a cup of hot chai tea infused with green cardamom & fresh ginger. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Join the lottery from 12 p.m. April 2 to 8:59 a.m. April 3 for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email April 3.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
