Emily Paster returns to the kitchen to teach you everything you always wanted to know about salt! Learn when and how to add salt when cooking, the differences between the many kinds of salt, and the science behind how salt transforms foods. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from May 2 at 9 a.m. to May 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Seasoning with Salt. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on May 3.
