Travel to Italy with Andrea Pracht of My Kitchen Clatter for inspiration for the focaccia that you'll make in this class. You’ll learn how to use semolina flour and olive oil to create delicious simple focaccia. We will experiment with toppings and show you how to turn your focaccia into a delicious alternative to pizza. 

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from April 2 at 12 p.m. to April 3rd at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Focaccia Flat Breads. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on April 3rd.
