Join the staff from Transformative Justice Law Project of Illinois (TJLP) to learn more about the legal name change process for adults and minors in Illinois and how to correct the gender marker, including the paperwork needed to complete the process, what to expect at court and how to correct your documents after a legal name change. This program will also cover services TJLP offers to trans and nonbinary individuals and families across Illinois. This workshop is appropriate for any Illinois resident.
