Learn to make the flaky, delicious pastry dough and pie crust of your dreams just in time for Thanksgiving. Cookbook author (and pie contest winner) Emily Paster will teach you will how to make all-butter shortcrust pastry, suitable for sweet and savory pies, that comes out flaky and tender every time. We will also cover the basics of rolling out pie crust without frustration and even how to create that perfect lattice top. Each student will take home a portion of pie dough to use or freeze.
