Event Description

Learn the basics of smart bicycling and be prepared for summer riding.  This presentation for cyclists of all ages will include how to ride your bike safely on the roads and trails, proper helmet fitting, how to dress while bicycling, rules of the road, and where to position yourself on the road and when driving in traffic.

Armaline Mirretti is a cyclist instructor through the League of American Bicyclists, and co-advocacy chair of the Elmhurst Bicycle Club.  She is a year-round commuter and lifelong bicyclist.
