Demystify the art of sauce making with Chef Brian. He will guide you through essential techniques such as roux mastery, reduction finesse, and emulsification wizardry and you’ll learn to make three classic and newer sauces to pair with your favorite meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

Note: Allergens for this class may include dairy, wheat, and tree nuts.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from 9 a.m. January 3 to 8:59 a.m. January 4 to join the lottery for a chance to attend Sauces. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified January 4.
