Emily Paster covers all things cheese in this class. She will discuss how to select cheeses, the different types of cheeses, how to cut and serve them, accompaniments to cheese, and how to put together an Instagram-worthy cheese board.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from 9 a.m. January 3 to 8:59 a.m. January 4 to join the lottery for a chance to attend Cheese Boards. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified January 4.
