Event Description

Join our own Chef Brian as he teaches you how to create the ultimate comfort food: delicious, creamy, and cheesy macaroni and cheese. Learn how to make mac and cheese from scratch, starting with the perfect pasta, the creamiest cheese sauce, and all the toppings and spices that will make it stand out. You will learn some basic culinary techniques, such as mis en place, making a roux, and creating a Bechamel sauce, and put it all together to create the perfect mac and cheese every time.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from February 2 at 9 a.m. to February 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Mac and Cheese. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on February 3.
