Session 3 of 6: Postpartum Planning and Support

Join local certified childbirth educator and professional doula, Tia Wente, to help you create a strong postpartum plan. We will talk about important factors for creating a peaceful and healing environment after birth. We will think about who will be on your postpartum team and how you can effectively get the help you need from them. Many new parents spend months preparing for the day of birth, but we often forget the importance of the postpartum period, which lasts months.
