Event Description

It's Too Hot to Cook! It’s August and no one wants to be in the kitchen, so join the Makerplace's own Chef Brian for a unique, weekly, drop-in style gathering in the Makerplace kitchen, as we figure out what to make during the dog days of summer. Each week Chef Brian will look at a different bit of summer cuisine that doesn’t need the oven or the stove. Skip the lottery and come hang out as we try to stay cool and well-fed. This week Chef Brian will be talking about summertime drinks - lemonade, iced tea, and some other unique surprises!

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. To request an accommodation, please call 847.392.0100, text 847.665.1491 or email us at accessibility@ahml.info
