Event Description

Our lives have changed and we all experience a new “norm” due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Arlington Heights Memorial Library began the COVID-19 Story Project to collect stories that reflect community experiences of living through the unusual times. As part of the library’s story collecting effort, this is a new monthly series that features individuals from different industries in Arlington Heights in an informal conversation about how they were impacted by and have persevered during the pandemic. This month’s focus is human services with our guests, Nicole Espinoza and Julie Villarreal.

Nicole Espinoza is the Social Services Coordinator at the Village of Arlington Heights.

Julie Villarreal is the Director of General Assistance at Wheeling Township.
