Event Description

Join us for an Earth Day Celebration where we will decorate our own terra cotta pots and create seed paper for planting. What is seed paper, you ask? Basically you make a papier-mache mess, dump some seeds in, let it dry, and voila! Paper you can plant. We might create bookmarks, a greeting card, or anything you'd like.

Please come having prepped your papier-mache at least several hours beforehand. Video instructions here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TucXIhiyruE

We will provide terra cotta pots, soil, and seeds. You can pick up supplies starting 4/16/21 in The Hub. If you'd like to pick up at the Drive-Up Window, please email or call us.

You'll need your own:

  • paint
  • paintbrushes
  • stickers
  • glitter
  • anything else you'd like to use to decorate
  • large mixing bowl
