Event Description
Join other English language learners and our ESL volunteer Michael to explore the English language.
This month, the topic is shades of meaning -this lesson has 13 sets of words or phrases that all have similar meanings. We will discuss the similarities in meaning and the subtle differences that makes each word or phrase different from the others in the group. Each slide has pictures and a written explanation that helps to illustrate the differences in meaning.
