NEW! Culinary program attendees will be selected through a lottery system. Register for July classes any time from July 2 at 9 a.m. to July 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Summer Galettes. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on July 3.

Get hands-on experience with making your very own preserves! Andrea Pracht of My Kitchen Clatter will guide step-by-step how to make delicious preserves using in-season produce. All participants will walk away with their own jar of preserves, and recipes to make more at home.

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
