Event Description

When was the last time you truly had fun? If you’re like most adults, it’s probably been longer than you care to admit. Fun is as important to human welfare as relationships and exercise, and therefore we should all take fun a little more seriously. Join a discussion about incorporating more fun, satisfaction and spontaneity into your daily life, including practical ideas and strategies from the book The Fun Habit: How the Pursuit of Joy and Wonder Can Change Your Life, by Mike Rucker, PhD. This discussion is in support of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Come by the Info Desk to pick up copy of the book or call us at 847-392-0100 to reserve a copy to pick up.

Books are also available as an ebook and eaudiobook on cloudLibrary.
