Event Description

If you enjoyed the recipes from our March & April ESL book discussion title, United Tastes of America: An Atlas of Food Facts & Recipes From Every State, we invite you to help Chef Brian bring some recipes to life.  We will be making Chicago-style hot dogs as well as the famed Francheezie.

Note: Allergens for this class may include dairy and wheat. If you have dietary restrictions and are seeking accommodation, please contact Tracy at tkarim@ahml.info.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder, and this particular program was created with English language learners in mind.  Register any time from 9 a.m. March 2 to 3:00 p.m. March 3 at to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified March 3.
