Welcome to the Blue Edition cooking class! Join us this month for an exciting journey to the heart of Costa Rica, where the secrets of longevity are part of the daily diet. In this class, we will explore delicious, health-boosting recipes inspired by the Costa Rican Blue Zone. Whether you are a seasoned chef or a curious foodie, you are in for a treat.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Join the lottery from 9 a.m. April 2 to 8:59 a.m. April 3 for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email April 3.
