Learn how to make this perfect sandwich bread. Participants will learn the basics of making yeast doughs with whole grain flours and then will shape and bake their bread to sample and take home.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time 9 a.m. April 2 to 8:59 a.m. April 3 to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified on April 3.
