Learn the science behind marinades and how to use them with different recipes. Emily Paster returns to the kitchen to cover brining and Marinades for meat just in time for summer. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from May 2 at 9 a.m. to May 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Marinades. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on May 3.
