Event Description

Explore basic yoga postures and breathing techniques that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation. You'll focus on developing self-awareness, improving focus, and promoting emotional well-being to cultivate a sense of balance and calm. Then, learn what it means to be mindful. You'll explore simple techniques to help manage stress and promote calm and build emotional resilience through breathing exercises, guided visualization, and creative activities. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have your own, extra yoga mats will be provided. Presented in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
